This form is important for registration as it grants us permission to share images teens may be in on our social media accounts & allows us to communicate with teens when necessary.  Circumstances to communicate with teens may include... informing teens of coming events, coordinating drop off of winning prizes, tracking down donations & pitching charities. Note that this form holds information that will strictly stay within the board of 100 teens.
